It’s time for three new releases from Exile, and it seems like Kavar was feeling the ponytail power this week.

Grace is as classic as its name with long layered fringe in the front and a thick ponytail with some great wispy accents in the back. I’m sure many of us do something similar as an everyday casual style in our real lives, and now we can have that same reliable basic in SL.

Lydia is a slightly messier take on the ponytail. It has shorter side-swept fringe and a very full ponytail with great volume at the base. My favorite part of this one is the way the shorter top layers in the ponytail fan over the longer strands in the back.

Single Fox isn’t really a ponytail, but the sides of the hair are pulled back into a partial ponytail and then surrounded by masses of thick wavy hair. I think the way the long layers frame the face and partially cover the eyes is very sexy, so make sure to try a demo to see it for yourself.

Kalea falls into the category of hair that just screams Exile to me. It’s a fun hair overflowing with personality from the shorter strands teased high up on the top of the head to the long strands falling in front of your shoulders. You won’t get lost in the crowd wearing Kalea.

Brigitte is a sexy style with a bouffant feel in the front with back-combed strands of hair covering a messy short ponytail in the back. I think it’s a nicely updated version of the hair I associate with beautiful stylish women of the 1960s.

And last but not least, Kavar has created Mistress of the Law, a costume set that will certainly appeal to people for a variety of reasons from themed events at clubs to costume parties and role-playing. The set includes the sculpted cap and hair in all of the current Exile colors along with the top, shorts, stockings, and prim lapel and cuffs.

Fiona is a twist on the usual updo with all of the gathered hair falling over the right side of the face. I’m a big fan of this kind of peekaboo style, and I know I’m not the only one.

Maren is a great everyday hair. There’s a bit of mystery with the strands of hair covering your right eye, and it’s just perfect in its casualness and windswept strands.
