I’m so happy to announce that Kavar has released some new lovelies for us at Exile! He’s finished two hairstyles and an outfit for the ladies, and I don’t think I’m the only one who will be excited about this release.
Delta is a big windblown hair that I actually keep calling sex hair in my mind. There’s just something beautiful and wild about it, and it seems like the perfect choice for rolling around with a favorite person or two. On the other hand, it’s also a gorgeous hair to wear out in public and just feel very feminine and confident. Let’s shake that hair and enjoy ourselves!

Mira is a shorter cut, but still full of layers and volume. The tapered fringe at the nape of the neck is so sexy, and all these shaggy layers are going to make you want to run your fingers through your own hair.

Violent Femme is the clothing release today, and it’s a dark corset and asymmetrical skirt combination that will have you strutting with your head held high as soon as you put it on. In addition to the corset and skirt, the set comes with some optional clothing layers like a see-through undershirt and buckled gauntlets and also ruffled attachments to add a bit of depth and movement to the corset. The corset looks great without those attachments in case you’d rather not wear them. Kavar’s texturing is always finished so that the prims are truly options rather than required, which I love.

So what’s stopping you? Come on down to Exile today to try out the free hair demos and check out the new releases up close.
Well the Crimson shadow fashion show is today and we are allowed to finally blog teasers of our creations so thats basically what this post is about, that and my twisted freebie costume:)
I made two sets of outfits for the event. Aria is a collection of pieces that form 4 seperate looks and could be mixed and matched to form dozens more for the ladies. Requim is a set for the guys, all black with a variety of pants and tops, and a scarf that includes a with and without hood version so check them out if you get chance they will be at Rezzible’s Crimson Shadow Until Halloween! There is lots of cool stuff to see, Aemilia Case of Philotic Energy has cool new hair there for the event and Four Yip has an amazing set you have to see to believe and thats just a fraction of the designs for the event.
click the pics to make them bigger.

And in the spirit of Halloween theres a new freebie in the store. Nestled in the seating area in the hair room there is a stump with pumpkins on it and stuck in there is a new freebie costume, Arachnophobia. Basically its as it reads, a crazy costume with spiders crawling all over you and biting you
on all layers, includes a different top for the guys or more brazen girls, and optional spider face attachments
If you want to go the extra mile and make the same facials in the ad, pick up the sexy expressions facial hud on Xstreet sl for 50 linden and mix the sad face with the scared one!

Kavar recently released some new costumes that I’m sure you’ve all had a chance to look at by now, but if you haven’t, then here is your big push to do just that. I’ve been putting together several costume ideas over the last few days, and when I realized that the majority of them were based in part on Exile products, I decided to post about them here. Maybe one of them will spark an idea for your own Halloween festivities.
First up is a fairy costume built around one of Kavar’s most recent costume releases – Eve. Eve covers your body in vines and flowers, and it’s all done on the undershirt, underpants, and gloves layers, so it can make for a no-prim or at least low-prim look. I’ve been wearing Eve as a base for a lot of my fairy outfits ever since Kavar created it as an audience gift for the performance of Midsummer Night’s Dream in Ivy Falls, and I’m glad he’s finally put it out in the shop for everyone to buy. You actually get 4 different color combinations when you buy the costume. I wore the moonlight option in this shot and matched my hair (Wild Orchid in blizzard) to the flowers. Then I added the Woodland Fairy Wings in blue from Seven’s Selections.

The Like a Virgin set from Exile was the inspiration for my second look. It actually comes with a different hair, but I’ve always thought the Runway hair in the harlow shade has a certain 80s Madonna quality to it with the ribbons. I also added the knotted pearl necklace from Kavar’s Mrs. Robinson set as an extra touch.

The final look I want to show uses the Lady Bathory dress in red and the Love Song hair in twilight. These Exile items pair nicely to create a regal look with a twist provided by the Headless HUD from TorTec. The amount of costuming possibilities at Exile might excite you so much that you lose your head too!

All of these shots were taken on the Ivy Falls sim, so please do look around and explore the island after you shop at Exile. I think you’ll find lots of little nooks perfect for hanging out with your friends or taking photos.
